Hot Tub, Swim Spas & Cold Tubs Return Policy
Return & Cancelation Policy
Since most of our items are custom made, if you wish to cancel your order, you must email us within 48 hours of the purchase that you are canceling the order. It’s also a good idea to contact your sales representative to confirm the cancellation has been received.
If you choose to cancel your order after 48 hours, you will be charged 25% of the total purchase price to cover costs incurred on your behalf.
If you choose to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1,000 plus 25% of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.
Since most of the Hot Tubs, Swim Spas & Cold Tubs we sell are custom-made and we do not sell previously owned items, we cannot offer returns or refunds on purchases once you have accepted delivery.

If you wish to return or cancel an item, please follow the steps below:
Initiate Your Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at (423) 722-5789 – 10 AM – 5 PM EST, &/or
- Email us at & your sales representative, &/or
- Submit a request through our official Customer Service Request Form below.
Return Authorization
- Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with return authorization details and instructions for shipping your item.

If you want to cancel your order, you must email us within 72 hours. It’s also a good idea to contact your sales representative to confirm the cancellation has been received.
If you choose to cancel your order after 72 hours, you will be charged 25% restocking fee which can be used towards a future purchase for up to 1 year.
If you choose to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1,000 plus 25% of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.
All payments are non-refundable, and all orders are final once placed.
Please note that manufacturing and/or shipping delays may occur, and estimated lead times are subject to change without affecting the terms of this agreement. Additionally, due to limited storage space, we are unable to hold purchased units at our stores for more than 45 days.
